To make the most of your investment in new equipment, we provide a range of training services for users and technicians. We can deliver training at our centre or on your premises.

To ensure that your team is properly skilled at all times, our programmes can include pre-delivery training, on-the-job training and further courses as new staff join or transfer in to your department.

Support and Maintenance

Our flexible support packages provide total assurance, no matter what level of technical support your lab already has in place. Under contract or ad-hoc, we provide safety checks, preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs. Our highly-trained technicians are also available to provide advice over the phone.

We have teams of fully-trained engineers based around the UK, carrying spares and loan equipment.
